How long will it take to receive my order?
Masks are currently made to order, and we are averaging about 48 hours to make each order.
Orders are then shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Typically delivery to the west coast is 1 to 2 days, delivery to the Mountain and Central time zones is 2 days, and delivery to the east coast is 2 to 3 days, depending on if you are in a “big” city.
This means if you are located in the Santa Barbara and Goleta area shipping should take a day. So expect to receive your mask in about 3 days!
If you are in other areas please expect 4 to 6 business days for the US Postal Service Delivery.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via an email from our system so you'll know when to expect it.I live in the Santa Barbara area, can I pick up my mask?

I’ve heard that masks need filters?
We have too, so we have created masks with a pocket for a filter. You can purchase N95 filters separately, or use household items like paper towels or blue shop towels to create a filter.
You can also wash your mask after using it in public to ensure that it stays virus free!
I want to wash my mask, can you give me some tips?
Masks can be machine washed in warm water and on a sanitizing setting on your washing machine, and tumbled dry on warm settings.
What are your masks made out of?
All of our masks are made from 100% cotton fabrics. We also have a selection of 100% organic fabric cotton masks available.
I need to make a large order for my company, can I do that? Yes! Please contact us for large custom orders.
We are a non-profit, do you offer a discount?
At this time we have donated over 200 masks to local nonprofits and have made the decision to sell a high quality mask at a great price to everyone that needs them!
My mask has an issue, can you help? Of course! If your mask has any issues, please contact us, and we’ll replace it!
